Deposit Express™ – Electronic Funds Transfer

Paperless checks offer your customers a convenient and trusted way to pay, and your business a platform for increasing sales.

Deposit Express™ is complete system for originating, processing and managing electronic check transactions, using the Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) electronic payment delivery system. You can set up a variety of payment methods: set up recurring debits, accept checks over the phone or online, and convert paper checks to electronic transactions.
 
 
Recurring Debits
You can setup your customers for recurring checking account debits. Once you obtain an authorization from your customers simply setup your customer using our recurring debit module and your customers will be billed automatically. You can be confident your payments will be made to you on time.
 
Checks by Mail
Our Checks by Mail electronic check processing solution allows you to convert a paper check into an electronic transaction via a small check scanner and our check processing software. The check is then processed electronically and deposited through the ACH system into your bank account.
 
Checks by Phone
With our check by phone module, accepting your customer's check over the phone is now as easy as accepting a credit card payment. Accepting a check over the phone is almost always more cost effective than accepting a credit card payment.
 
Checks by Web
