Facebook uses a thumbnail version of your profile picture when you post to your organizations wall. You can change the way the thumbnail appears by following these steps.
Step 1.
Login to your Facebook account and go to your Facebook wall page.
Step 2.
Mouse over your logo and click on the Change Picture link that appears.
The image below shows the existing thumbnail for the Facebook page and the Change Picture link.
Step 3.
Drag the image to select the thumbnail version of your profile picture you would like to use. Click the Save button when you are finished.
The image below shows the revised thumbnail, that now displays the company name and slogan.
The image below shows how the new thumbnail version is now being used after it has been saved.
