Facebook has an easy 3 step process to help you get your organization's page setup. Below is an outline and an example of using the 3 step process.
Step 1
Profile Photo.
Make sure the profile picture is
no larger than 180 pixels wide x 540 pixels high. That is the limit for Facebook’s profile picture. If you upload something larger than that, Facebook will automatically shrink it to fit the space but it will decrease the picture quality.
Click on Upload an Image.

After your image has uploaded click on Continue.
Step 2
Get Fans
If you already have a personal Facebook page you can invite your existing friends to become fans of your new Facebook organization page by clicking on Invite Friends and then choosing the friends you would like to invite.
You can import email addresses by clicking on “Import Contacts”, and then choosing your email service. Facebook will either request your email login or prompt you to upload your contact file depending on the email service you select.
If you choose Share this page on my wall Facebook will post a link to your new organization page on your personal Facebook page.
If you choose Like this page Facebook will post a like link to your new organization page on your personal Facebook page.
Step 3
Basic Information
Enter your website address.
Type in brief information about your website.
Click the Continue button
Your basic Facebook page is now setup.
You can get the URL address of your new Facebook page to post on your website or include in your emails by selecting the URL of your wall as shown below.
